Dear Entrepreneurs and Business Owners,
Through firsthand experience in business brokerage and real estate development I know the emotional attachment that goes into buying or selling a business. I have experienced the mixed-feelings of parting with a business for a profit, the excitement of entering into a new venture, and the hard-work and perseverance needed to complete a successful sale. This is why we founded Southern Business Brokers. I believe blending the real-world experience of our team with the power of the web, will lead to an exemplary business model and success for all.
Southern Business Brokers doesn't list every business that comes through our doors. We carefully screen each business to make sure they have a strong financial business portfolio, successful business models and a high level of personal ethics and marketing potential that fits within our marketing areas. We are small in size on purpose and we handle a limited number of clients listed within our capacities to maintain the highest standard of service SBB can deliver.
Feel free to contact our team of experts or myself directly with any questions you have. We know how important buying or selling your business can be which is why we pride ourselves on being accessible, open, and honest to our clients providing qualities that are all too rare in the business world today.
Whether you are interested in starting a new venture, expanding your line of activities through mergers or acquisitions buying or investing into a business or looking to sell your business or are seeking equity partnerships, we at SBB look forward to hearing from you and serving you at the highest level of support.
Sincerely,

Tony Garcia
His first business sale was of a wholesale appliance store he partially owned and operated when it was sold for a profit in 1983. Immediately afterwards Mr. Garcia's passion for cars led to his next venture, importing foreign luxury cars from Europe. With a track record of success in the automotive field, Mr. Garcia also entered into an agreement with racecar driver Emerson Fittipaldi (two-time Formula 1 world champion and two-time Indianapolis 500 winner) to import and sell branded auto parts and accessories under a licensing agreement. With the Fittipaldi Racing brand growing, Mr. Garcia founded his own design center, producing proprietary molds for wheels. Initially the products were made in Italy, Germany, and France. To stay cost-competitive manufacturing was then sourced to Taiwan and Thailand in 1970. Later, to capitalize on the growth of the Chinese manufacturing sector the production was moved there.
Sourcing products out of Italy, German, France, Taiwan, and Thailand gives Mr. Garcia particular insight in managing multi-national companies with global vendors. Eventually Mr. Garcia sold his stake in the business at a profit. After regulatory changes limited the importing of foreign cars Mr. Garcia went domestic; purchasing a Chevrolet dealership in Miami which he took from a small start-up to one of the larger dealerships in the area. During this time Mr. Garcia was very active in several successful and ambitious real estate projects throughout Florida. Mr. Garcia joined Gonzalo Sanabria as a member of Southern Business Brokers, bringing with him a well-rounded mix of successful business sales, contacts, auto industry expertise, and managerial abilities to SBB, enabling him to offer insightful guidance to our clients.
